Alma Agro Farm Co is a women-owned and women-led agribusiness based in Uganda, dedicated to transforming agriculture into a sustainable, profitable, and empowering sector. Our farm specializes in the large-scale production and supply of green bananas (matooke)—one of Uganda’s most consumed and exported food staples—alongside other fresh agro products that nourish communities across the country and beyond. At Alma Agro Farm, we believe that agriculture is not just farming—it’s a path to dignity, food security, and economic independence, especially for women and rural communities.
